Pattern is for sizes Newborn-3mths, 3-6mths and 6-12mths. It has instructions for knitting on two needles. It uses 3ply (baby, super fine fingering yarn). Pattern includes the two variations. One pair with the tie and the other pair with the foldover cuff.
