New Zealand Shipping

For NZ orders there are two options for payments.  Through Paypal or Online Banking.

For delivery within New Zealand the site offers two options.  NZ Parcel Post and Courier.

Delivery time frames for Parcel Post is up to three days and courier is overnight. These time frames are approximate.

International Shipping

For International orders payment is via Paypal.

We ship international airmail.  The shopping cart is currently set up for international shipping to Australia, UK and the USA.  Shipping is based on the weight and country being sent to and is automatically calculated during the checkout process.

Delivery time frames for international airmail is up to 10 days.  This time frame is approximate.

We also ship internationally outside these countries.  Please contact us for a quote on shipping costs.

Returns

Natural Star will except returns on faulty products up to 14 days for New Zealand and up to 30 days for international orders from purchase.  Products will be returned in original condition for a refund or exchange.

Natural Star is happy to exchange a product if you have ordered the wrong size, product is to be returned in original condition.  All postage costs are at the buyers expense.
